Materials: Printer Paper, Tissue Paper of any color, Sharpie Gold Metallic Paint Pen, Skewers, Scissors, Glue Gun Step 1: Gather materials. Print out our freebie downloadable flag tags and cut them out. Step 2: Use your Sharpie Paint Pen to trace the words “YIPPEE”. We chose gold, but go wild with your colors!
