Placing an order

You may place your order directly on this website for suites from our Signature Album, or download a PDF order form to fill in electronically for suites from our Classic or Of the Moment Albums. Please submit your entire order on one form, no need to send in multiple forms for different items in the suite. Please email the completed order form to wholesalewedding@smittenonpaper.com as a PDF or JPEG file. Type all wording for the order into the body of the email, or attach the wording as a word processor file. The subject line of your email order should be: New Order: PO - Store Name, for example New Order: Jones - The Invite Shop

A note about Guest Addressing:  We have updated our guest addressing policy to require the completed guest addressing spreadsheet at the time of proof approval. Please encourage your customers to begin working on gathering their guest addresses as soon as possible! Any orders that are approved without a completed guest address spreadsheet will incur a $60 retail production fee. We do not want this to apply to your order, so please download the spreadsheet below. Call or email with any questions!

We ship via FedEx from our Monrovia, California studio. We ship our orders through ground shipping by default and they can take up to 5-7 business days to reach you depending on your location. Upgraded shipping is availible at additional cost. Please see the transit times below for reference. We are not responsible for any delays on the part of FedEx due to unforseen circumstances. Any questions or concerns may be taken up with FedEx customer service at 1-800-463-3339.

Policies

Signature Album

You may have noticed, there are more signature designs available on our website than are shown in your album. We have curated the most popular and enduring designs for the signature album but your customers are more than welcome to choose any design seen on our website. We recommend purchasing a sample set for $5 (free shipping!) before placing the invitation order to view colors in person. You may order your sample directly from our website or email wholesalewedding@smittenonpaper.com with your sample order.

Errors

Please review your proofs carefully! Smitten on Paper is not responsible for any errors found after proofs are approved. Unfortunately, if you find errors after your project is printed, we cannot offer a refund and we do have to charge for re-printing. We certainly do not want this to happen, so please proof-read and then proof-read again! Please remember to check for spelling, grammar, dates, times, addresses and phone numbers. You'll also want to double check items such as fonts, layouts, ribbon color, envelope color, backing paper color and order quantities for each piece. Have someone who has never seen the order before do a final check through before approving.
