Materials: Printer Paper, Tissue Paper of any color, Sharpie Gold Metallic Paint Pen, Skewers, Scissors, Glue Gun
Step 1: Gather materials. Print out our freebie downloadable flag tags and cut them out.
Step 2: Use your Sharpie Paint Pen to trace the words “YIPPEE”. We chose gold, but go wild with your colors!
Step 3: Cut a strip of tissue about 7″x 6″, fold the tissue paper in half lengthwise so that your strip is now 7″x 3″. For a fuller fringe make the strip longer.

This is one of the cutest DIY’s we have put together. It’s easy and so rewarding. Give yourself at least two days to finish the project. You will need to let the balloon sit overnight to dry. Don’t let it sit out in the sun, or it might pop!
