Fabric Stiffener which you can pick up at any craft store 3. This confetti pack is actually a really easy DIY to put together. The fun part is your guests can tear open the mini packets of confetti and toss it in the air to celebrate! All you need are a couple sheets of vellum, confetti and a sewing machine.   Cut down your vellum to your desired size and place your confetti inside the folded sheet.
