Materials: Printer Paper, Tissue Paper of any color, Sharpie Gold Metallic Paint Pen, Skewers, Scissors, Glue Gun
Step 1: Gather materials. Print out our freebie downloadable flag tags and cut them out.
Step 2: Use your Sharpie Paint Pen to trace the words “YIPPEE”. We chose gold, but go wild with your colors!
Step 3: Cut a strip of tissue about 7″x 6″, fold the tissue paper in half lengthwise so that your strip is now 7″x 3″. For a fuller fringe make the strip longer.

Today’s DIY using our itty bitty bags is adorable and also functional, a combination we love.
This would be the perfect adornment for a drink station at a wedding or party. It would also be fun as a “mocktails” banner at baby shower. And it is so easy to put together. All you need are itty bitty bags, paper straws, twine and some scrap paper.
