DIY: String Art Table Numbers
Today’s DIY is a fun, modern take on table decor. Using string art as your table numbers is a great way to get a really cool looking centerpiece without all of the cost of fresh flowers. We love how it turned out and it really is an easy project.
1. Draw your number or letter on your piece of wood. 2. Pound your nails or thumbtacks into the wood. 3 Tie one end of your first color of hemp cording to a thumbtack. 4. Wrap your cording around the thumbtacks in a pattern or randomly, depending on the look you are going for. 5. Tie the end of your second color onto a thumbtack. 6. Wrap your second color along the outer perimeter of your number to create an outline of your number.
