This project a is a throw back to your elementary school art class. All you need is some light weight scrap paper & hot glue. Fan fold until you have a wheel, glue together and you’re done. I covered up all my glue marks with some cute little banner labels.       Place these pleat pin wheels on top of your favorite smitten on paper favor box.
