This is one of the cutest DIY’s we have put together. It’s easy and so rewarding. Give yourself at least two days to finish the project. You will need to let the balloon sit overnight to dry. Don’t let it sit out in the sun, or it might pop!

Since we are all about fancy lace this week over here at Smitten we thought a fun styled shoot was in order. And what is a better pairing with lace than dessert? We had fun finding pretty lace inspired details and touches. We used Martha Stewart tags and envelopes to identify the drinks and macaroons. We even used our lace crown from yesterday’s DIY to fancy up a candle for a little ambiance. So pretty!
