Shipping & Turnaround
Once you place your order, your designer will send you a color digital proof within 1 business day. Please note that any missing information or certain types of special requests, such as extensive Photoshop work, may delay your digital proof. We encourage you to approve your proof as soon as possible to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Although lead time varies by product, we generally ship orders within 5 to 7 days of proof approval. For rush orders, we also offer upgraded shipping options. You may ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx 3-Day Shipping, FedEx 2-Day Shipping and FedEx Overnight shipping. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping and turnaround time, please contact us. For international orders import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary depending on the destination. Please double check your country's import fees/VAT before placing your order. You will be billed via FedEx when the package arrives in your country.
It's very easy to place a reorder through our website. First, click on the "My Account" link at the very top of the site. If needed, enter your email address and password. In the "My Account" section, you will find a link labeled "My Orders" on the left-hand side. "My Orders" contains your order history and allows you to easily reorder any previously placed orders. When you click the "reorder" link for a previous order, your shopping cart will automatically populate with the same items from the order. You can then adjust quantities and remove (or add) items from the cart. Then, simply check out as before.
